Candida Diet Food and 5 Steps that Cured me

Posted by – February 21, 2011

Hi Michelle here, Welcome to my story blog and thanks for visiting.

This my story and highly recommended review of the only help that really helped my candida overgrowth. There were ups, downs, plenty of stuff that didn’t work and finally the one guide written by Linda Allen that I wish I found earlier. Like I said this is only my thoughts of her and her cure, her official website can be found here: CLICK ME!

I do not know your personal candidiasis symptoms, but I do know that mine were the bane of my like for so many years and can certainly relate to your yeast intolerance no matter how mild or chronic. My symptoms led to an unhappy relationship with my partner and a completely inside out life. I struggled to keep to the candida diet food list and recipes because I did not feel they were clearing the symptoms, generally I was depressed and un-comfatable at work, home and dare not socialise incase it came up in conversation.

I knew I needed to get rid of candida permanently and 10 years later finally did thanks to Linda Allen, a medical researcher and nutritionist based in California. I purchased her book that breaks down a 5 step approach to cure yeast infections/candidiasis in just 2 months guaranteed (and gave me spare cash each month thanks not needing the creams). The only downside is that it took 9 years for me to find.

The great thing about it was the fact that the steps avoid the common creams and drugs it felt refreshing to be doing something different after so long. More info on this her: CLICK ME!

There was a minor downside though. Please do not let it put you off, in fact you may not even consider them the same way but some of the suggested foods that helped get rid of Candida did not agree with my bowels. I did spend many a early mornings in my cold bathroom. Definitely a small price to pay though but I thought I would mention it.

Whether you have irritating rashes or a full on candida overgrowth there are more options available to you so keep faith.

Anyway, I could go on and on about Linda and the help she provided so if you do want more information take a look at her website which can be found here: CLICK ME!

What is Candida

Posted by – March 16, 2011

Candida is a yeast-like fungus that lives on human skin. It can be found on the mouth, in the intestine and, for women, in the vagina. There are actually more than 150 species of Candida and of these, ten cause trouble for humans. In the case of Candida Albicans, the balance between the yeast cells and the bacteria that keep their numbers in check are upset.

The yeast cells multiply quickly and aggressively, especially if the immune system is unable to step in and help the body.

A Candida infection or Candidiasis can occur on a variety of locations throughout the body. Remembering that Candida already lives on the skin and in the mouth, intestinal tract, and vagina, it will come as no surprise to you that these sites are the most common areas for localised (contained to one part of the body) Candida infections. The right candida diet food can help you dramatically!

How to get rid of candida!

Posted by – March 6, 2011

Candida is something that can take over your life if you let it, so the question is how do you get rid of candida? Symptoms of candida can vary massively between sufferers depending upon your yeast intolerance and what your body decides it wants to “curse” you with. These symptoms as you probably know can vary from your head to toe.

So how do you get rid of candida?  You must apply the right diet immediately and adjust your eating habits. Otherwise a complete candida overgrowth could be on the way. No Candida treatment on its own will cure you. Trust me I know! What is needed is a combination of methods all applied at the right time in the right way. I tested many guides and how to’s but in the end it was the help of Linda Allen in CA that provided me with the correct anti candida diet.

It worked for me, so maybe it will work for you. The post below goes into more detail about Linda and how to get rid of candida.

Candida Diet Recipes

Symptoms of candida vary hugely from person to person – male to female, but there is no question in my mind that choosing an “anti candida diet” / appropriate yeast diet does help control some of the candidiasis symptoms. Heres some of the recipes that I found helpful (and sometimes tasty).

Candida Diet Food List:

  • Cereals that do not contain wheat and corn
  • Brown Rice – NOT WHITE or other variants
  • Organic Meat
  • Rice/oat cakes – tasty
  • Seeds and nuts like hazel nuts and Brazil nuts – NOT SALTED
  • Onion
  • Soy/almond milk
  • adding hot spices to flavour food and help internals
  • Eggs, but don’t over do them just because its easy to cook and eat.
  • Seafood if you can stomach it
  • Beans/Lentils
  • Products with brown flour
  • Ginger Tea helps digestion
  • Spinach and similar but avoid starchy vegetables such as carrots
  • These diets can help get rid of Candida if you give it time, but how long varies with everyone. For me It never really cure it. Perhaps I was not strict enough diet wise, or maybe my symptoms of candida were to extreme?

In the end I was fortunate to find a very inspiring expert – Linda Allen whom is based in the states. She is a nutrition expert, medical researcher and most importantly an ex- yeast infection sufferer that has clearly spent all of her time dedicated to get rid of candida, yeast intolerance issues and perfect candida treatment. Linda was able to provide recipes to keep the evening meals tasty and not become mundane. But more on Linda later, I’m going to dedicate a blog update to here and the help she has now offered so many people. Her site is here if you want more info from her CLICK ME!

Candida Diet Food That Helped Me Cure Candidiasis

Candida diet recipes have been praised by many sufferers worldwide. Some are clinically proven and some are just personal belief. However chasing a diet in hope it will be an “anti candida diet” is not enough on its own to get rid of candida. If your lucky it will just help control it.

Candidiasis symptoms are obviously different for everyone and I will be covering some of the candida diet recipe that helped me in a later post. After 10 years though I found that only the right candida treatment teamed with the right yeast diet will really cure you. Thanks to an expert in California – Linda Allen, she has a 5 step approach found on her website.

For me, not knowing the symptoms of candida from the start and kind of overlooking it is perhaps the reason for such cases like mine. I can remember thinking “what is candida ?” As you probably know already leaving a candida overgrowth can be extremely harmful and clearly my yeast intolerance was dreadful.

To get to the point of this quick post: A good candida diet was not enough for me to finally get rid of candida on its own. 9 years of eating what I thought would help told me that!

Candida diet Foods must be eaten in conjunction with the corrupt candida treatment to really get rid of candida.

PS – Im putting the candidiasis symptoms together now in case you think you may be suffering. Will post them this afternoon.
